COVID has turned the world upside down. By continuing to hand out tax incentives to the wealthy elite and focusing on high-scale downtown development, the Central Business District is a “business as usual” approach by the City that fails to recognize how our entire community is being changed by this virus and by gentrification. We need creative, outside-of-the box solutions.
