Moral Monday: Rally, March & Nonviolent Sit-In at Sinema’s Office

July 26 @ 9:00 am

On Monday, July 26, Rev. Jesse Jackson, Rev. Dr. William J Barber II, and Barbara Arnwine are coming to Phoenix!
They’ll be leading a rally, march and nonviolent sit-in at Sinema’s office to demand immediate action to defend our democracy.
Time is running out. We need Sinema to end the filibuster, pass bills defending our freedom to vote, and act to improve the lives of working people, including raising the minimum wage to $15.
These three leaders are coming to Phoenix because they recognize the importance of this historic moment. Join them and a wide range of Arizona community organizations and help send a clear message to Sinema that we need action now.
We’ll meet at Kachina Park (at the interaction N 42nd St and E Campbell Ave) at 9 am sharp on Monday, July 26. After a brief rally, we’ll march 1.5 miles to Sinema’s office. There, Rev. Jesse Jackson, Rev. Dr. Barber, and Barbara Arnwine will participate in a nonviolent sit-in along with Arizona activists and leaders.
Please join us for the rally and march! Register using the Mobilize link and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need: https://www.mobilize.us/progressarizona/event/402621/
